History
: As lifelong residents of Central Minnesota's beautiful Lake
Country, we bring an unusually sensitive long-term perspective to
the business of land and lakeshore development. We've raised our
families here and are honored to call these woodland shores our
home. Each and every Woodland Shore Development Group property
reflects our profound respect for the environment and the natural
Minnesota wonders that have been entrusted to our keeping.
Things move a bit slower in the Northwoods. No high-pressure sales
techniques are to be found here. We've owned most of our properties
for decades and we consider it a privilege to offer portions of
these natural wonders to the public. With dozens of quality
